Bill Arnold and Anthony Zack will be representing the Trolley with their stripped-down acoustic double-barrel show. After their opening set, they will be sitting in with Adam Carpenter & the Upper Hand for their show.
Bill and Adam frequently write together, and have collaborated on songs such as Trailers & Tornadoes, About To Shine, Roots, and Doin’ Alright. Bill has performed frequently with Adam in the UP band Chasin Steel and looks forward to joining him on stage with the Upper Hand.
U.P. ironman, Adam Carpenter (103FXD Outdoor Show, Chasin’ Steel) is back on the circuit with a new band and a cooler full of new original music and some road-tested favorites. This new project has an outlaw/alt country sound infused with bluegrass, blues and rock topped off with three part harmonies.
Adam’s new original songs are full of imagery encompassing heartbreak, the angst of long winters, finding new love and life on the rugged coast of Lake Superior in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula.
So come be a part of the beginnings of a new original music journey that’s sure to snowball into something special here in the heart of the U.P.
